How can I access ContentWelder.

Contact your Administrator for the credentials needed to access ContentWelder.

I am unable to log into ContentWelder with the username and password that I am using.

If you cannot sign in, verify that your username and password are correct and then contact your ContentWelder Administrator.

What are my log in credentials?

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator for your log in credentials.

The ContentWelder landing page is blank.

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator and verify that you have the entitlements needed to view content on the landing page.

I want to personalize my landing page with my own slide show in the center but cannot change what is there.

Only Marketing Administrators are able to configure the sequence and type of content that should be displayed here.

The document I searched for is not appearing in ContentWelder.

Check your search criteria and ensure the search value is correct.

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator and verify that you have the entitlements needed to view the product that you are searching for.

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator to ensure that the document you are searching for has been added to ContentWelder.

I am unable to access the Upload to Print feature.

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator and verify that you have the entitlements needed to upload documents.

How can I get back to the landing page after navigating to another page.

Click on your branding logo at the top of the page that you are on to return to the landing page.

I cannot upload a mailing list.

Any errors shown must be resolved before you can upload your mailing list. Reach out to your ContentWelder Administrator for assistance in resolving upload errors.

Contact your ContentWelder Administrator and verify that you have the entitlements needed to upload a mailing list.

Some of the contacts in my mailing list are incorrect.

When I try to upload my document from my desktop it doesn’t work.
